Demand for skilled trades workers is expected to be high over the next few years. Spitfire created the “Get AMPT” brand and Lead Generation campaign for Competenz to engage Maori and Pasifika youth to get into trade apprenticeships. As a Competenz apprentice they can follow a career path they are passionate about, graduate with an industry-recognised qualification and have no student debt.

The campaign allowed prospects to find out more information about their chosen trade, hear stories from current apprentices and download information packs to share with family.
